SHIPPING 

Orders are shipped within 5-10 business days and once shipped, we use 2 day USPS Priority Mail. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking and estimated delivery as soon as your package is on the way. 

Please note that during high volume times, such as holidays and sales, it may take longer for your order to be shipped.

 

ORDER ISSUES 

As hard as we try, occasionally the wrong product may find its way into your package. As we pack your orders and sometimes we have an "oops" moment. Don't fret! Please reach out to us at sheishighkey@gmail.com with your Order Number within 7 days of receipt and we'll make sure the right products are on their way to your doorstep ASAP. 

 

DAMAGED ITEMS

If a product arrives broken or damaged, please send us a photo along with your order number to sheishighkey@gmail.com and we will be happy to send a replacement. A photo is required.

 

RETURNS/REFUNDS/EXCHANGES

Due to the hand-crafted and small-batch nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges of opened or used products. Unopened products can be returned within 30 days of the original Order date. Please email sheishighkey@gmail.com for Return instructions.
