Hi, I'm Key :)

She is High Key was started during the pandemic, because like most people, I was all about d.i.y-ing. I started making bath bombs with CBD in them to help with my aches and pains. From there I launched She Is High Key with a mission to bring awareness to the benefits of CBD for the body and the importance of relaxation. All of the products are made with intentions to help aid in healing both the body and mind.

What does She Is High Key mean?

Key is my nickname, has been since I was born. It was only reserved for my closet family and friends to use, to know me is to love me ;) but when I was thinking of names for my business, it felt like I was creating a baby. So I took my nickname and combined it with euphoria of how my favorite plant makes me feel (high), of course, She (me) Is High Key!

Why CBD?

CBD, when used topically, is absorbed through the epidermal layers of skin and does not enter the bloodstream. You can feel the effects of CBD topicals because it interacts with the cannabinoid receptors in the body. CBD can take between 15 minutes and 1 hour to penetrate and for the body to feel it in the afflicted area.
